Job summary

Specialty Building Products is seeking an experienced Paint Associate - Brusher for 1st shift, Monday through Friday with mandatory overtime as needed. The starting rate is $18/hr.

You will paint small components, maintain consistent color, ensure stain quality, and clean staining equipment in a production setting. Qualifications

• Previous painting experience in a production environment.
• Excellent hand and eye coordination. Attention to detail a must!
• Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker.

Position Starting Rate: $18/hr.

In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities:

• Using brush, paint small buttons which are utilized to seal surrounds to doors.
• Consistently maintain color throughout the entire product that is being worked on (meaning, even color, not too dark in one area and too light in another)
• Ensure quality of stain
• Cleans and maintains all staining apparatus
