Job summary

Reeb Millwork Southeast LLC, part of Specialty Building Products, is seeking a Paint Associate - Sprayer for 1st shift. This on-site role focuses on spraying parts to achieve consistent finishes on doors and related components.

You will perform visual inspections and maintain color and finish quality across batches. Responsibilities include spraying as required, maintaining paint and thinners quality, cleaning equipment, and adhering to PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production environment.
• Previous hand spraying experience in a body shop or door assembly environment.
• Excellent hand and eye coordination. Attention to detail a must!
• Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker.
• Must be able to wear proper PPE, including a respirator mask.

Description

Reeb, an SBP Brand, is currently looking for a Paint Associate - Sprayer to join our VALUES based organization who would be responsible to spray paint a variety of parts to produce appropriate finishes on doors. 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, Mandatory OT as needed.

In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities:

• Spray paint parts as required to meet quality requirements
• Perform Visual inspection of all material prior to painting
• Consistently maintain color throughout the entire product that is being worked on (meaning, even color, not too dark in one area and too light in another)
• Ensure quality of paint and thinners
• Cleans and maintains all paint apparatus
