Job summary

Specialty Building Products is seeking an experienced Paint Associate - Brusher for 1st shift (Monday–Friday) in Bethlehem. The starting rate is $18/hr with mandatory OT as needed.

You will brush paint small buttons used to seal surrounds to doors and ensure even color across the product line. We value hands-on craftsmanship and accuracy; you will maintain staining quality, clean staining equipment, and follow supervisor directions to sustain consistent results in a fast-paced production

Qualifications

• Previous painting experience in a production environment.
• Excellent hand and eye coordination. Attention to detail a must!
• Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker
