Job summary

Specialty Building Products is seeking an experienced Paint Associate - Brusher for 1st shift (Monday to Friday, OT as needed) at our on-site facility. Starting rate is $18/hr. You will focus on painting buttons, maintaining color consistency, ensuring stain quality, and cleaning staining equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous painting experience in a production environment.
• Excellent hand and eye coordination. Attention to detail a must!
• Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker

Responsibilities

• Brush small buttons with paint to seal surrounds to doors.
• Maintain consistent color across the product for uniform appearance.
• Ensure quality of stain is maintained.
• Clean and maintain staining apparatus.
