Specialty Building Products is seeking an experienced Paint Associate - Brusher for 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with mandatory OT as needed. Starting rate is $18/hr. The role focuses on painting small buttons, maintaining even color, and ensuring stain quality, within SBP's values-based culture.

We are currently looking for an experienced Paint Associate - Brusher, 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, Mandatory OT as needed, to join our VALUES based organization.

Position Starting Rate: $18/hr.

In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities:

• Using brush, paint small buttons which are utilized to seal surrounds to doors.
• Consistently maintain color throughout the entire product that is being worked on (meaning, even color, not too dark in one area and too light in another)
• Ensure quality of stain
• Cleans and maintains all staining apparatus

Qualifications:

• Previous painting experience in a production environment
• Excellent hand and eye coordination. Attention to detail a must!
• Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker
