Qualifications

• Must hold current licensure as required by the state board where services are provided.
• State and federal background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical intervention services to individuals, couples, families and groups.
• Performs psychological testing, evaluation, reports, and may provide expert testimony in legal proceedings.
• Completes all paperwork timely and accurately (case notes, reports, intakes, terminations, treatment plans).
• Prepares and monitors client behavior plans and supervises behavior management plans as needed.
• Collaborates with psychiatrists and other specialists in developing treatment programs.
• Provides case consultation and attends client team meetings as requested.
• Maintains or exceeds performance standards set by the administrative team.
• Maintains licensure or certification by completing required CEUs.
• Keeps up-to-date with codes to maximize billing and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Arranges for clinical supervision and provides supervision when requested.
