Job summary

The University Health Associates in Morgantown, WV seeks a Psychologist for appointment at Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor rank. The psychologist will practice clinical psychology with teaching and supervision within APA-accredited internships and fellowships.

Responsibilities include trauma-informed outpatient assessment and intervention for adults with PTSD/cPTSD and comorbid conditions, plus teaching medical students and residents across the Health Sciences Center.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology from an APA/CPA-accredited program.
• APA/CPA-approved internship.
• Immediate eligibility for state licensure.
• Board Certification (ABPP) for Associate/Professor rank.
• Leadership, teaching excellence and scholarly activity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed outpatient assessment and intervention for adults with PTSD/cPTSD and co-occurring conditions.
• Teach and supervise interns and fellows; engage in medical student and resident teaching.
• Contribute to APA-accredited internships and fellowships within the department.
• Collaborate with WVU Health Sciences Center and related divisions.
• Meet credentialing and licensure requirements at time of appointment.
