Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical psychology or related field.
• Current West Virginia licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Knowledge of psychological assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, and behavioral interventions.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office.
• Two or more years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Experience administering cognitive, personality, developmental, or behavioral assessments.
• Training in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, MI, or ACT preferred.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or individuals with serious mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological interviews, behavioral observations, and clinical assessments.
• Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests within licensure scope.
• Develop individualized treatment, intervention, and behavioral support plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Complete diagnostic evaluations and formulate clinical impressions per standards.
• Conduct crisis assessments, suicide risk evaluations, and intervention planning.
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation per regulations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, counselors, educators, and other professionals.
• Provide consultation to staff, caregivers, schools, and community agencies.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations as appropriate.
• Participate in QA, supervision, CE, and professional development activities.
• Adhere to ethical standards, HIPAA regulations, and WV psychology laws.
