Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is assisting a Northwest Indiana health system in recruiting a Pain Medicine physician. This full-time, permanent role offers a subspecialty practice with modern EPIC EHR and AI-assisted documentation in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate is Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine, with an Indiana license or in progress, and a strong background in interventional pain modalities and comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (via Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology subspecialty pathway).
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for state licensure within 90–120 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and medical/interventional treatment for adult pain patients.
• Perform interventional pain procedures in outpatient and procedure settings.
• Collaborate with spine surgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, and therapists.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with controlled substance management and safety guidelines.
• Participate in practice development and quality improvement initiatives.
