Job summary

Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Pain Management Physician to join an established multidisciplinary practice in Northeast Florida.

The role offers a base salary of $500,000 with a commission component, sign-on bonus, and strong clinical support. The ideal candidate will have fellowship training in Pain Management or Interventional Spine and an active Florida medical license.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, or related specialty
• Active Florida medical license
• Active DEA registration and controlled-substance prescribing authority
• BLS/ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Fellowship training in Pain Management or Interventional Spine preferred
• Strong patient evaluation and treatment-planning skills
• Interventional procedural experience preferred
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
• Expected first-year earnings of $700,000+
• Uncapped productivity-based incentive potential

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluations, diagnosis and treatment of pain conditions
• Perform or oversee interventional pain procedures within credentialed scope
• Develop individualized treatment plans and medication management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in a North Florida practice network
