Job summary

Soap Creek Resources in Munster, Indiana seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pain Medicine Physician to join a physician-led group practice. The role offers a blend of interventional procedures and comprehensive care within a high-tech hospital environment, including EPIC EHR and AI enhancements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (via Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology subspecialty pathway).
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for state licensure within 90–120 days).
• Strong proficiency in interventional pain modalities, comprehensive patient assessment, and multidisciplinary care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and medical/interventional treatment for adult patients presenting with acute and chronic pain conditions
• Perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures in outpatient and procedure suite settings
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary network of spine surgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, physical therapists, and primary care physicians
• Utilize cutting-edge clinical tools and EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and health system guidelines regarding controlled substance management and patient safety
• Participate in practice development and quality improvement initiatives
