Job summary

Job description

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Engages in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while participating in professional development. Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with the interprofessional team, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
