Job summary

Intermountain Health in Sandy, Utah is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in a full-time ambulatory settings. You will coordinate with the physician-led team and ensure licensure and policy adherence, with focus on high-acuity populations.

Essential duties include comprehensive assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing professional development, with potential MA duties.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Certification as ACLS, PALS, or specialty as required by setting (e.g., sports medicine/ortho).
• Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills; electronic documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients.
• Collaborate to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and physicians.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and revise plans as needed.
