Job summary

Intermountain Health Care Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive ambulatory care. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, with a focus on coordination within the care team.

The position includes a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, without weekends or holidays. A strong background in sports medicine/orthopedics and sedation procedures is preferred. Benefits and PEAK education programs are offered.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Practice-specific certification as required by clinical setting (ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients using the nursing process.
• Plan individualized care in collaboration with patients and families.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and revise plans as needed.
• Promote professional development and compliance with standards and policies.
