Job summary

Terrestris, LLC is seeking a Pain Management Physician to support the Veteran community in Lebanon, PA. This contract role offers an hourly pay rate of $220+ and a schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Applicants must hold an MD or DO, be board certified/board eligible in Pain Management and Opioid Prescribing, and have BLS/ACLS. VA experience is a plus, and licensure is required to practice in the United States.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship.
• Graduate of an accredited medical school with an MD or DO degree.
• Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in the United States or DC.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pain Management Physician Services and Opioid Prescribing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Previous VA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Provide evaluation, treatment and management of hospitalized patients.
• Coordinate care, discharge planning, and follow-up with primary care teams.
• Communicate with referring clinicians and supervise mid-level providers as needed.
• Coordinate social work referrals for veterans and ensure appropriate care transitions.
