Job summary

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) in Georgia seeks an Interventional Pain Management Physician for its Glenlake (Sandy Springs) and TownPark (Kennesaw) centers. This full-time role focuses on outpatient care, fluoroscopy-guided spine procedures, and comprehensive pain management.

Eligible candidates will perform a range of interventional pain procedures and participate in a collaborative, physician-owned care model with a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required
• Board Certified or Eligible, Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the State of Georgia

Responsibilities

• Perform fluoroscopy-guided procedures of cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine
• Manage and treat chronic pain patients in outpatient setting
• Provide evaluation and clinical management of patients with chronic pain

Job Brief

Interventional Pain Management Physician

The pain management physician must be comfortable performing most bread-and-butter fluoroscopy guided procedures in the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, as well as, being well versed in epidural steroid injections, facet joint interventions including RFA, spinal cord stimulation trials, discography, and sympathetic nerve blocks. They should also be comfortable with the evaluation and clinical management of patients with chronic pain.

What You Can Expect

• Standard work week of Monday – Friday
• Clinic days 8a-5p
• Procedure days 7:30a-3p, procedure suites onsite in medical office
• Full‑time
• 100% outpatient practice, no hospital responsibilities
• Call is via phone and shared, one week at a time based on number of providers in group

Minimum Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Eligible, Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the State of Georgia
