The Pain Management Physician is responsible for responding to medical and health problems presented by patients including but not limited to collecting historical medical information, diagnosis, investigation, treatment, preforming procedures, and providing referral opportunities as appropriate. In addition, this position is tasked with keeping informed of medical developments, drugs, treatments, and medications and promoting health education.
