Healthcare United is seeking a Pain Management Physician for an established outpatient practice in coastal Florida. The role emphasizes extremity-based pain care and medication management rather than major interventional spine procedures.

The physician will manage shoulder, knee, and musculoskeletal pain while performing office-based injections and overseeing medication-based treatment plans with minimal to no call and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine, PM&R, Neurology, Anesthesiology, or related specialty.
• Active or eligible Florida medical license.
• Experience with shoulder, knee, and other joint/extremity injections.
• Strong outpatient patient-care skills.
• Productivity incentives.
• Licensure/professional-fee reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients with shoulder, knee, and musculoskeletal pain while performing office-based injections and overseeing medication-based treatment plans.
• Major procedures such as spinal cord stimulation and complex cervical or lumbar spine interventions are not a primary responsibility.
