Job description

Mercy Health in Lima, Ohio is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pain Management Physician (PM&R and Anesthesia Pain will be considered). You will work in a very collegial multi-specialty group at Mercy Health St. Rita's, a large (424 bed) Regional Referral Center serving a ten-county area with a robust patient population of 480,000+. Join a great team of providers. We are located 1-2 hours from Dayton, Toledo, Fort Wayne, Columbus, Detroit, and Cincinnati.

Highlights:

• Outpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation services along with pain management
• Procedures include Kyphoplasty, medial branch blocks, radio frequency ablation, nerve blocks, epidural injections, SI fusions, peripheral nerve stimulation, spinal cord stimulator trial
• In-office treatments such as Botox for migraines, spasticity, & cervical dystonia, trigger point injections, nerve blocks, knee, and shoulder joint injections, Qutenza, medication management
• Typical day: a blend of clinic and procedures
  • Current providers rotate procedure and office days:
    • Consult with patients regarding pain management plans.
    • Perform office procedures.
    • Chart reviews and maintenance.
• Teach residents and medical students.
• Assist in maintaining and growing our Comprehensive Pain Center.
• No call required.
