Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Program (Master’s Level).
• Must hold an unencumbered state license and maintain licensure in good standing fulfilling required CME/CEU hours.
• Interpersonal: develop relationships with staff, patients, and public; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health by interviewing patients and performing physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and review results.
• Document patient care services in medical records.
• Provide therapeutic procedures including injections.
• Develop and implement patient management plans with physician supervision.
• Educate patients on growth, development, and daily living challenges.
• Maintain infection-control policies and ensure a safe clinical environment.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to support care delivery.
