Job summary

Groth Pain & Spine in Centereach, NY, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary pain management team. You will diagnose and treat acute, chronic, and post-surgical pain, perform comprehensive exams, and develop individualized treatment plans.

You’ll administer ultrasound-guided procedures, prescribe medications, coordinate care with physicians and specialists, and support patient education.

Qualifications

• Current NP license in New York State
• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP)
• Compassionate, patient-first mindset with ability to work autonomously
• Excellent verbal and written communication; leadership qualities

Groth Pain & Spine is a rapidly growing, multidisciplinary pain management practice seeking a dedicated and dynamic Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team. What You’ll Do

As a Nurse Practitioner at Groth Pain & Spine, you'll manage a diverse caseload of patients experiencing acute, chronic, and post-surgical pain. Your day-to-day will include:

• Diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, and chronic pain conditions
• Performing comprehensive physical examinations and developing individualized treatment plans
• Administering procedures such as trigger point injections, Botox, and joint injections
• Prescribing medications and coordinating multimodal treatment approaches, including physical and occupational therapy, home exercise programs, and minimally invasive interventions
• Facilitating referrals and coordinating care with collaborating physicians and specialists
• Building lasting, trust-based relationships with patients throughout their care journey

What We're Looking For

• Current NP or PA licensure in New York State
• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or ANP) by an accredited certifying body (ANCC or AANP).
• A compassionate, patient-first mindset paired with the drive to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Confidence to work autonomously while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Natural leadership qualities and sound clinical judgment
• Experience in pain management or orthopedics is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right candidate
