Job summary

Summit Spine & Joint Centers is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient Interventional Pain Management team in Asheboro, NC. The role offers a predictable schedule and collaboration with experienced physicians to improve patients' quality of life.

Expect a full-time schedule with standard weekday hours. A supportive team will assist you in expanding your expertise in interventional pain management while delivering patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina NP or PA license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Experience in pain management or orthopedics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage follow-up patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and overall wellness.
• Accurately document patient encounters using eClinicalWorks.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and quality standards.
