Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist's Interventional Pain Medicine Center seeks a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join the Brookstown team in Winston-Salem, NC. The role focuses on multimodal, non-opioid pain management using fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided techniques.

The position offers a 40-hour workweek, no weekends, and a supportive, academic health system environment with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Master’s degree or higher required.
• Current North Carolina medical licensure or eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Develop individualized care plans for patients with chronic pain.
• Evaluate and manage patients with complex pain conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses and staff for team-based care.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics as needed.
• Educate patients about procedures, risks and expected outcomes.
• Participate in follow-up care after procedures.
