Job summary

PartnerCare seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to deliver interventional pain management in Asheville, NC. You will assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic pain using evidence-based, minimally invasive therapies, collaborating with supervising physicians.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current NCCPA certification required for PA candidates; AANP or ANCC certification required for NP candidates.
• Active and unrestricted state PA or APRN license required.
• DEA registration with Schedule II authority required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical staff to develop safe, balanced pain management plans.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including medical histories and physical exams.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pain using minimally invasive therapies.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Prescribe and manage medications per state regulations and PartnerCare protocols.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and initiate referrals when needed.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives and protocol development.
