Advocate Health is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Pain Management team in Crystal Lake, IL. This full-time role offers a collaborative, team-based environment delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with outpatient emphasis and inpatient rounding responsibilities at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital.

You will evaluate and treat acute and chronic pain, develop individualized plans, collaborate with physicians, and participate in hospital rounding.

Qualifications

• Active RN and APRN license in state(s) of practice.
• National board certification in area of clinical practice.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in hospital rounding as part of the care continuum
• Provide patient education and promote long-term pain management strategies
