Allegheny Health Network’s Jefferson Hospital Pain Management clinic seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients with acute and chronic pain. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide follow-up care, and assist in both outpatient and procedural settings.

Formación

• MSN from an accredited program with NP certification.
• Active NP state licensure.
• Prescriptive authority and DEA licensure within 60 days of hire.
• CPR and ACLS certifications required.
• Background checks and clearances as specified in policy.
• HIPAA/privacy compliance required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient assessments and develop therapeutic care plans.
• Collaborate with pain management physician and care team.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and adjust treatment as needed.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and treatment options.
• Ensure accurate EMR documentation and coding support.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and engagement initiatives.
• Deliver care in outpatient and procedural settings.
