Iredell Health System in Statesville, NC seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality pain management under physician supervision. You will collaborate with physicians to coordinate patient care and deliver expanded primary health services for a defined caseload in clinical specialties.

This employed role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to state scope of practice, and compassionate care. A NC NP license and MSN or DNP are required, with pediatric and adult care experience valued.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with MSN or DNP.
• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in North Carolina.
• Pain management experience preferred.
• Ability to work as member of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fundamental knowledge of PC based applications.
• Good physical and mental fitness to meet the demands made by patient, families and physicians.
• Must possess full range of body motion to pass basic FIT test for position to include walking, kneeling, standing, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching and sitting for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Intact sight and hearing with or without assistive devices is required
