Job summary

Atrium Health Cabarrus is seeking a Part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Pain Management team. The role supports exam prep, vital signs, specimen collection and assists providers during procedures. Work schedule is 3 days per week, 8-hour shifts, totaling 24 hours weekly.

Pay range listed, benefits eligibility applies. Candidates must have an accredited LPN program completion and a current LPN license.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program and LPN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers within 45 days.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and rooms the patient for exam and records vital signs.
• Performs selected lab procedures and supports procedures with clinicians.
• Administers medications under orders and manages IV therapy within scope.
• Educates patients and coordinates care with the health team.
