Terrebonne General Health System in Houma, LA, seeks a Clinic Manager for the Pain Management Clinic. You will oversee daily operations, staff leadership, and patient-centered care, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.

You will collaborate with pain management physicians, APCs, nursing, and hospital departments to optimize access, streamline workflows, and support service growth.

Formación

• Louisiana nursing license (RN or LPN) required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical office or program management, preferably in pain management.
• Strong knowledge of medical procedures, operations, and terminology.
• Familiarity with Epic EMR, ICD-10, and CPT coding in pain management preferred.
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the Pain Management Clinic, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership to clinical and nonclinical staff and drive financial performance.
• Collaborate with pain management physicians, APCs, nursing, and hospital departments to optimize access and workflows.
• Coordinate interventional pain procedures and ensure appropriate staffing and resources.
