Job summary

Terrebonne General Health System is seeking a Pain Management Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, staffing, and financial performance of the Pain Management Clinic. The role directs both clinical and nonclinical staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a safe and compliant environment.

You will collaborate with pain management physicians, APCs, nursing, and hospital departments to optimize patient access, improve workflows, and support service growth.

Qualifications

• Louisiana State Board of Nursing license (RN) or Louisiana State Board of Practical Nurse Examiners license (LPN) is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in medical office or program management in pain management preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of medical procedures, operations and terminology is required.
• Familiarity with Epic, ICD-10, and CPT coding in pain management is preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Pain Management Clinic.
• Provide administrative direction and ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety.
• Collaborate with pain management physicians, APCs, nursing, and hospital departments to optimize access and workflows.
• Support strategic growth and resource utilization within the clinic.

Education
