Job summary

Jax Spine and Pain Center seeks a qualified clinician to provide direct patient care under the supervision of Pain Management Physicians. You will evaluate, diagnose, plan treatment, manage medications, and educate patients to align with evidence-based guidelines.

Ideal candidates possess PA/NP credentials, strong clinical reasoning, and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. No night shifts and limited weekend commitments may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in pain management or related fields preferred.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with controlled substances and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and reviews.
• Develop and implement individualized pain treatment plans.
• Participate in medication management and prescribing per policy.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging.
• Assist with in-office procedures and follow-ups.
• Educate patients on pain management and medications.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and specialists.
• Document encounters in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Support clinic workflow and patient satisfaction.
