Job summary

Centurion Spine and Pain Centers in Pooler and Savannah is seeking a physician assistant or APRN to deliver comprehensive pain management. You will assess patients, order tests, and contribute to treatment planning in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

You will coordinate with physicians, therapists, and specialists, maintain EMR documentation, and participate in quality and safety initiatives while educating patients and providing high-quality care with minimal weekend duties.

Qualifications

• Physician's Assistant or APRN certification required.
• Florida Certified Nurse Practitioner certification or pending status acceptable per policy.
• Experience in pain management or related fields preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic pain.
• Participate in medication management, including controlled substances per regulations.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging studies.
• Educate patients on pain management and treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists and specialists.
