Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Medical Assisting Certificate from an accredited program required or years of experience considered.
• Two years’ medical assisting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Take patient intake, vital signs, and collect information.
• Assist physicians before/during/after procedures.
• Obtain prior authorizations and document in EMR.
• Assist with front desk tasks and fluoroscopy procedures.
• Maintain professionalism in stressful situations.
