ECPC Pain Specialists of Roanoke Rapids is seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to support clinicians in a busy pain clinic. The role blends clinical and administrative tasks, including patient intake, charting, and assisting during procedures.

The ideal candidate will hold a Medical Assisting Certificate (high school diploma required) and have EMR experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma required; Medical Assisting Certificate preferred.
• Two years’ medical assisting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Check-in patients and conduct intake.
• Assist physicians before/during/after procedures.
• Obtain prior authorizations for procedures.
• Document patient information in EMR.
• Support front desk and clinic operations.
