Lifepoint Health, Inc. is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join the Pain Clinic. You will assist with patient assessments, perform basic diagnostic procedures, collect specimens, and monitor patient changes, while documenting care and maintaining equipment in a fast-paced clinic.

The role includes administrative duties, with a schedule Monday through Thursday 8:00 am–4:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am–12:00 pm. Opportunities for professional development and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years medical office experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with performing patient assessments and treatments.
• Performing basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection.
• Monitoring and communicating changes in patient condition.
• Documenting patient care given.
• Maintaining equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Performing administrative or clerical duties as assigned/needed.
