Job summary

System Support seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Pain Center across MVH Main and MVH South. The role focuses on operational excellence, patient experience, and collaboration with physician leadership to deliver exceptional care.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, a valid Ohio RN license, and 3–5 years of leadership in healthcare. A Master's in Healthcare Administration is preferred to support growth and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; Master's in Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Valid Registered Nurse license in Ohio is required.
• 3-5 years of leadership/managerial experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with multi-site medical practice operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic and procedural operations across MVH Main and MVH South.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, workforce planning, and provider relations.
• Ensure regulatory readiness, quality outcomes, and patient experience.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and physicians to drive operational efficiency.
• Drive change management, process improvements, and service expansion.
