Job summary

Premier Health Partners’ Pain Center seeks a Resource Coordinator & Educator at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton to drive quality care, coordinate performance improvement activities, and mentor staff and students. The RN serves as educator and resource nurse, guiding orientation and clinical education in the Pain Center Procedural area.

Requirements include a BSN, an active Ohio RN license with CPR and ACLS at hire, and 3–5 years of hospital RN experience (1 year in Pain Center preferred).

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Valid Ohio RN license; CPR and ACLS certification required at time of hire.
• Current certification in area of specialty preferred or demonstrated expert clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department performance improvement activities and collaborate with Pain Center Program Manager to ensure quality of care.
• Serve as Nurse Educator and Resource Nurse, overseeing orientation and supporting students.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Pain Center Procedural area; ensure compliance with Ohio Nurse Practice Act and institutional policies.
