Ideal candidates have prior hotel experience or willingness to be trained, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible shifts may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong guest service orientation and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and suites as assigned by supervisor, ensuring cleanliness and order.
• Vacuum floors, change linens, make beds, and clean bathrooms to high standards.
• Report maintenance discrepancies to supervisor and coordinate timely repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests; work weekends/holidays as needed.
