Downtown Flavortown is seeking a friendly host to greet guests, guide them to their tables, and help create a memorable dining experience. You’ll work as part of a lively team in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on hospitality, cleanliness, and accurate seating.

This position offers flexibility with shifts, prior restaurant or retail experience preferred, and weekly pay. Benefits for part-time team members include health-related options, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Flexible shifts including days/nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred but not required.
• Understands restaurant etiquette and health/safety rules.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with families.
• Able to stand for long periods and remain friendly.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a welcoming smile and relay messages as trained.
• Seat guests using available systems and coordinate with servers.
• Maintain cleanliness and obey health codes throughout service.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and assist with upsell strategies.
• Participate in daily team briefings and support coworkers.
