Job summary

Shine BrightX LLC in Williamson, NY is seeking an undergraduate student for a hands‑on internship in supply chain operations. You will support storage planning with warehouse leadership, and partner with the manufacturing team to collect data and map processes.

The role requires 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. A $2,500 sign‑on bonus is paid within the first 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled full-time in SCM/Operations/Logistics.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work cross-functionally and be a self-starter.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, data collection, and process mapping.
• US work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work with site warehouse leadership on storage needs.
• Partner with the local manufacturing team for data collection.
• Collaborate with 3rd party storage provider to determine best path forward.
• Track productive time versus UPDT.
