Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations, organizing product displays, maintaining inventories, and coordinating with store staff. You will manage routes across various addresses with emphasis on greeting card departments and related merchandise.

No experience is required as training is provided; basic English, reliability, and transportation are essential, with weekly hours averaging around 7, increasing during holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for job updates.
• Comfort with using a company-issued tablet for training and daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and other retail areas.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate any scheduling questions or concerns with management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store staff and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for extra days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, or product relocation as requested.
• Plan weekly service schedules and workload using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
