Job summary

nVent invites motivated students to join its Supply Chain Management Internship at the Anoka, MN plant for a 12-week summer term. You will analyze spend, harmonize data, and create reporting templates while developing processes to boost productivity and efficiency.

Applicants must be pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree and be available June–August 2027, with strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Transportation is required to the site.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering or operations management.
• Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Ability to complete a 12-week full-time summer internship from June-August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Analyze spend and perform detailed supply market analysis.
• Lead data harmonizing efforts and create standard reporting templates.
• Develop and document common processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Make recommendations to improve quality and operational efficiency.
• Design and develop supply chain initiatives to gain competitive advantage.
