Enterprise is offering a Full-Time Summer Internship in Roanoke, VA, starting May 2027 and ending August 2027. The program provides paid, hands-on experience with leadership development and marketable management skills.

You’ll learn by doing across sales, customer service, and operations, with real responsibilities and performance incentives in a team-based environment. Two Roanoke branches are listed; compensation is $18/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Currently enrolled in a college/university bachelor's program.
• Junior class graduating December 2027 or May 2028.
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales, customer service, athletics, or leadership roles.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations/at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related driving violations in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to work full-time 40 hours/week during the Summer Internship.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of duties daily as part of the Management Internship program.
• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, service customers, and craft marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers through hands-on projects and friendly competition.
