Job summary

ClearDefense Pest Control (CDPC) is offering a paid summer internship in Greenville, SC, designed for students pursuing sales, marketing, business, or entrepreneurship. Interns gain real-world, commission-based sales experience, learn proven systems, and receive mentorship and leadership development.

You’ll gain hands-on training, onboarding, coaching, and opportunities for advancement within a high-performing team, including company-provided housing and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• GPA 2.0 or higher.
• Ability to work outdoors.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable with 100% commission-based compensation.
• Interest in sales, marketing, business, or entrepreneurship.
• Currently enrolled student.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth within an assigned territory.
• Learn and apply the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
• Inspect properties and identify pest control and home-protection needs.
• Build new customer relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Execute weekly goals in partnership with a Sales Manager.
• Participate in daily team meetings and performance check-ins.
• Lead sales meetings and contribute to team initiatives.
