Job summary

ClearDefense Pest Control is offering a paid summer internship in Sales & Marketing from May to August. This role provides real-world, commission-based sales experience with hands-on training, mentorship, and leadership development.

Housing is available through the company, supporting students in a national program that aims to develop future sales leaders. Ideal candidates are driven, coachable students with strong communication and relationship-building abilities, ready to learn the full sales

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Currently pursuing a degree or enrolled in a program.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth within an assigned territory.
• Learn and apply the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
• Inspect properties and identify pest control and home-protection needs.
• Build new customer relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Execute weekly goals in partnership with a Sales Manager.
• Participate in daily team meetings and performance check-ins.
• Lead sales meetings and contribute to team initiatives.
