Job summary

Beck's Superior Hybrids is seeking a Retail Store Intern in Atlanta, IN to assist the Retail Operations Lead with Beck’s retail and online store. The role runs May–August 2027 with furnished housing or a stipend provided, offering valuable experience in the agriculture sector and a summer project.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in merchandising and inventory.
• Willingness to learn POS software (Lightspeed).

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales and inventory activities surrounding Beck’s retail store.
• Restock merchandise in showroom.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the store and inventory room.
• Print ecommerce and/or email orders, package, and ship in a timely manner.
• Tag and stock new inventory after received and approved by Retail Operations Lead.
• Collaborate with Country Store team on ideas, needs, opportunities, and challenges.
• Communicate low stock items and reorder items to Retail Operations Lead.
• Travel to Beck’s events to set up and tear down the Mobile Store (overnight events possible).
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Leadership Team, Marketing Communications Manager, and Retail Operations Lead.
