Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship in Spokane, WA. The program runs 40 hours per week for 12 weeks, with two start dates. Interns will handle core responsibilities across fleet management, customer service, and marketing in a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program slated to graduate July 2027–June 2028.
• Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Availability to work 40 hours/week and commit for 12 weeks.
• Must attend a college/university in Washington state.
• Valid driver's license with limited violations in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and build relationships.
• Create marketing strategies and engage with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition.
