Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Jacksonville, FL invites university students to join its Management Internship to learn business and leadership skills from day one. This paid internship places interns in a fast-paced, team-based environment and mirrors challenges faced by first- and second-year professionals.

The 12-week, full-time program runs May 17 through August 6, with possible branch placements across Jacksonville.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be willing to accept a pay rate of $18.00/hr.
• 12 week Full-time commitment with the availability to start from May 17th - August 6th
• Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll be exposed to managing a fleet of vehicles and taking care of customers.
• You’ll develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• You may complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
• Performance incentives may be available for strong performers.
