Job summary

Enterprise Management Internship is based in the Jacksonville, Florida metropolitan area, offering university students real-world business and leadership experience from day one. The paid internship places you in a team-based environment with opportunities to work across branches in Jacksonville and surrounding areas.

As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn what it takes to run a successful business, tackle challenging projects, and develop marketable leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior enrolled full time for upcoming semester; graduating May 2028.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction on record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to accept a pay rate of $18.00/hr.
• 12-week full-time commitment; start May 17th – August 6th.
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and customer relationships.
• Create marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
