Job summary

Level Green Landscaping offers a paid 10-week summer internship designed to challenge active college students and mentor them in the horticulture field. The program rotates interns through the branch operational team, with a tailored experience and hands-on mentorship from top industry leaders.

After completion, full-time opportunities may be available. Interns gain exposure to landscape enhancements, design, and maintenance, with safety training and a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must be an actively enrolled college student in a horticultural field (or adjacent major).
• Available Monday through Friday.
• Capable of outdoor work.
• Must be able to commute to office locations.

Responsibilities

• Rotational internship across branch operations to expose different roles.
• Mentor program with senior managers to guide learning.
• Management training across business areas including sales, estimating and administration.
